In the past there have been thousands of Oil and Gas companies that pride themselves on raising an extraordinary amount of capitol to drill holes in the ground that have delivered little or no return for investors. A large number of these companies profit regardless of the success of the wells and afford no common interest with their investors. Unfortunately these types of projects have casted a looming cloud of deception and a pure lack of integrity that has lead to disparaging thoughts against all energy venture companies.
North Texas Partners, veterans of the business, have developed a strategy of maximizing return by effective short-term benefits and long-term residual income. With interest in hundreds of wells throughout the country, NTP has established a proven track record of success over the last decade. NTP has formulated an angle to the business that does not rely solely on the production of the wells, unlike all drilling projects. Providing 50% of the investment in projects, NTP invests alongside its clients and works with them toward a common goal.
During 2003 our team surveyed over 1,000 people that had been involved in drilling ventures and discovered a staggering 95% received minuscule or no returns after being promised certain fortune. It is our mission to provide a solid opportunity that will redefine the thought of Oil and Gas.
After years of research Charles Roberts, NTP President, discovered that if an individual was to buy premium acreage to drill on, hire geologists/engineers, hire an operator to drill the well, purchase the equipment, hire a company to complete the well, maintain and monitor the well as it was producing, etc… the cost wouldn’t be much different from that of the marked up prices most promoters and/or independent oil and gas investment companies offer to oil investors today. Not only would this be time consuming, but financially could be a draining effort that would consume all liquidity of the individual. Roberts knew that there had to be another way to maximize the effectiveness of capitol and went on to formulate this process.
Oil and gas in the U.S. has been a risky venture since oil became a lucrative commodity. It is NTP's vision to bring short-term and long-term rewards together and provide the investor and ourselves the ability to have an opportunity for success in the oil and gas industry. NTP has proven results and is certainly a different approach to oil and gas.
